Reshipment Fee is to those who provided an incorrect or incomplete address. This also includes incorrect returns received at our warehouse. 

• Please note, we can only reship items after it has been delivered back to our warehouse.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.
